Vice-Chair - Afua Boaten Busia I am a retired mother and grandmother who is very passionate about education, both formal and informal. I love working with and for young people. My background is in admin/management and I have worked in international development organisations such as the United Nations and the World Bank, as well as international non-governmental organisations in the UK, South Africa and Ghana. My position prior to my retirement was Operations Manager for Student Support and Resources at a residential college for women. I also took pupils in years 7 to 13 for extra curricular and enrichment classes at an international school in Ghana for six months. |

Co-opted Governor - Barry Tierney - Chair - Finance Committee I believe strongly that every child should have equal opportunities growing up and also access to a good education. As a governor, I hope that I can use my skills as a qualified accountant and experience to provide valuable input that will help ensure that the objectives of the school are achieved and consequently the children of that school reap the benefits by seeing children achieve success. |

Local Authority appointed Governor - Cllr Daniel Holden I am a chemical engineer and work for an international petrochemical company. I am a big fan of science and do this everyday. I am keen to promote science and maths education in schools, which is one reason why I am a governor. I am also a councillor in the London Borough of Merton and I firmly believe in civic duty. I think education is really important and I want children at Bond to have the same chances as I have had. |

I am a proud ex Bond pupil who knows the importance and richness of ensuring children get the best educational start they can. |
